Welcome to Quran Roots,
our small global home for learning the Qur’an, Arabic, and Islamic values — with love, patience, and respect.

1. Our Vision

To plant the roots of the Qur’an in hearts all over the world — helping every learner, young or adult, to live its meanings with understanding, sincerity, and joy.

2. Our Values

Mutual Respect: Learning is a shared journey between teacher and student.

Honesty & Trust: In words, time, and actions.

Consistency: Small steps every day lead to big change.

Pure Intention: We teach and learn seeking Allah’s pleasure and the benefit of others.

3. Class Guidelines

All classes are held online through approved platforms (such as Zoom).

Students are expected to attend sessions on time.

If rescheduling is needed, please inform the administration at least 24 hours in advance.

Being late for half of the class time or more without prior notice counts as an absence.

Missed classes may be rescheduled only for valid reasons and with prior coordination.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees are to be paid in advance at the start of each month or course.

Once the course begins, fees are non-refundable, except in special cases approved by the administration.

Students may temporarily pause their subscription due to travel or illness after informing the administration.

5. Behavior & Etiquette

Mutual respect between teachers and students is essential at all times.

Disrespectful language or interruptions are not acceptable.

Please ensure a quiet and appropriate environment during class time.

A modest and neat appearance is expected when the camera is on.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

All classes and communications are treated with full confidentiality.

Recording or sharing lessons is strictly prohibited without written permission from the academy.

Quran Roots is committed to protecting all personal data and will never share it with third parties.

7. Communication

All communication with teachers or administration should be through official channels only (WhatsApp business or email).

Messages are usually responded to within 24 working hours.

8. Policy Updates

Quran Roots reserves the right to update these policies when necessary, and students will be notified of any major changes in advance.
